Monitor's Publication Scheme

Monitor's Publication Scheme is currently available on the website. The purpose of the Publication Scheme is to identify classes of information which are, or which will be, published so that the information is readily available to the public.

In Monitor's Publication Scheme, the classes are split into two broad sections: information relating to Monitor's role as regulator of NHS foundation trusts and information about how Monitor is managed.

If you would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please contact Monitor.
